Job Description:
Green Diamond Company is seeking a talented and qualified Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. Your primary responsibilities will involve identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to ensure the achievement of the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Source and identify suitable candidates through various channels.
Manage Recruitment Processes: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and manage all aspects of the hiring process.
Build Relationships: Create a professional network with potential candidates through social media and professional groups.
Understand Staffing Needs: Analyze current and future hiring needs and build an effective talent pipeline.
Improve Processes: Review existing systems and processes and suggest necessary modifications.
Stay Updated: Keep up with advancements in the HR field and present new ideas to enhance recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

Experience ranging from 1 to 3 years in Human Resources or Recruitment.
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Good knowledge of organizing development and performance analysis.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Note: Preferred candidates should reside in areas near New Cairo.
