 We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Structural Engineer specializing in concrete design to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background with a PhD in Civil Engineering, focusing on concrete structures, coupled with extensive practical experience in structural design and analysis, particularly in the Dubai region.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complex structural engineering projects from conception through to completion.
Conduct detailed structural analysis and design calculations for concrete structures.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards in Dubai.
Collaborate effectively with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.
Perform site visits and inspections as required to assess structural integrity and construction progress.
Requirements:

PhD in Civil Engineering with a specialization in concrete design.
Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in structural engineering.
Proven track record of successful project delivery in Dubai or similar high-profile markets.
Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE) and AutoCAD.
Strong knowledge of relevant international and local building codes and standards.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
