Job Description
- Analyze the requirements and specification of a project and determine the cost involved in a project.
- Review of Tender documents on receipt to ensure its completeness
- Ensure that clarifications are raised well in time to get better clarity on bid submission
- All in-house co-ordination for preparation of bid including follow-up, collection of input from various sub-contractors or 3rd party
- Preparing BOQ’s, and getting offers from the sub-contractors and suppliers
- Ensure completeness of Subcontract Enquiry Packages and availability of Subcontract offers well in time
- Ensure Subcontractor responses are complete & organized accurately according to Tender requirements
- Preparing a project time schedule, using Microsoft Project or Primavera
- Preparing Tender documents, Financial and Technical documents
- Ensure bids are submitted on time in accordance with customer requirements and internal rules/procedures
·         Technical Study and Engineering credits of the new Agencies.
·         External procurement and follow up with agencies and logistics till the products arrival time.
·         Preparing the supply orders approved by the rest of company’s Departments
·         Prepare all the papers and documents for the external shipments affiliated agencies.
·         Making Outdoor/Indoor Technical discussion in the Technical and Financial range for the projects under consideration.
·         Attending the international Exhibitions (on the Company’s Charges) if necessary.
Revise the Agencies Contracts and increase the efficiency of the interaction between the Agent and the Factory from all sides (Technical, Marketing…. ETC)

Job Requirements
3-5 Years of experience in the same field
A clear understanding of work scope & best estimation with respect to the execution of a project
Very good English and Arabic
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Strong computer skills, including Auto CAD and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
Giza Resident (6th Of October, Sheikh Zayed, Mohandessen, Haram, Dokki,etc..) is a must
