• A leading and renowned company in the field of EPC Projects, including Electro-Mechanical Services, Installation Scope, Technical Support, Machining and Fabrication, is looking for a dependable, innovative mechanical site executive engineer to oversee installation processes and shut down activities (Maintenance/Repair) on-site. You will join our expanding team of professionals and be in charge of overseeing employees, ensuring health and safety rules are followed, identifying problems in the installation process, troubleshooting equipment, and executing numerous administrative responsibilities
  Duties and Responsibilities:
  Responsible for implementations and monitoring of all Project and mechanical related works at site as per approved drawings, methods, budget & time schedule.
  Estimates plan and assign resources such as labour, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, and so on that are needed for all project and related activity prior to execution.
  Plans and examines all feasible construction approaches before recommending the best solutions to the Projects Department for approval prior to on-site execution, Prior to the execution of any job.
  interprets construction drawings, project documentation, and appropriate standards or requirements. And guarantees that all work is completed in compliance with all client-approved papers and specifications, while adhering to all safety laws.
  Capable of leading site employees and providing engineering and technical assistance to all executive team work groups at the site in order to complete a job on time. While anticipating and resolving any unanticipated problems that may develop on the job site.
  Participate in the examination of the subcontractor's submissions (Submittals) and progress on mechanical works to verify their compatibility with the contract specifications in order to ensure contract compliance.
  Assign goals and targets for accomplishments and ensure that goals are met on a daily basis for all groups/parties on the job site.
  Regularly or as needed, submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates, and any appropriate monitoring reports.
  Directly accountable for the safety of all project executing groups' staff by ensuring that the project is carried out in accordance with all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards.
  Attends regular customer and consultant meetings to provide an update on project progress.
  To work with the cost control and planning departments to prepare daily progress reports.
  Qualifications:
  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is a must.
  Languages: Arabic (Advanced) English (Very Good).
  Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in (Erection, Shutdown and Revamping) in heavy industries (Cement, Steel, Fertilization, etc...).
  Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and other technical documents.
  Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
  Great leadership and organizational skills.
  Great written and verbal communication skills.
  Able to handle the work Pressure
  Willingness to learn.
  Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
  Teamworking and relationship-building skills.

  Job description

  Duties and Responsibilities:
  Your responsibilities would involve creating 2D shop drawings for mechanical systems using AutoCAD, as well as creating 3D models for mechanical systems using one of the computer-aided design software such as (Solid work/Revit/Tekla, etc...).
  Collaborate with our suppliers to create necessary BOQ, BOM, shop drawings and installation drawings.
  Detailed study of the project contract documentation (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, and so on).
  Understand project specifications and requirements as presented by the project consultant.
  Prepare technical documentation, data sheets, and specifications for submission to consultants and contractors.
  Respond to RFIs from the contractor and/or consultants.
  Creating Material Submittals, Purchase Orders, As-Built Drawings, and Invoices.
  Prepare precise production orders, cutting lists, and shop drawings, specifying the kind, quantity, and quality of materials needed, and selecting appropriate accessories and methods.
  Review working shop drawings for projects and their facilities whenever needed.
  Prepare all reports for the attention of upper management.
  Study and respond to information requests for all missing, confusing, contradicting, or other technical issues that may develop throughout the production phase.
  Participate in the examination of the client, vendors and subcontractor's submissions (Submittals) on project works to ensure consistency with contract requirements and contract compliance.
  Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met daily for all groups/ parties.
