1.    BIM Mechanical Design Engineer (Experience 3-6 years) – 2 positions

1.    Mechanical design (calculations & drawings) for the different Mechanical systems (HVAC, Plumping, GAS & Fire Systems). 2D – 3D Design Skills.

2.    Shop drawing and quantity survey

3.    Must have BSc in Engineering – Electrical Department.

4.    V. Good verbal and written English.

5.    Team working skills.

6.    Excellent user in (Revit – Navisworks - Autocad – Office)

7.    The position is available for males only.

8.    Prepare (HVAC, F.F. & plumbing) shop drawing sheets from REVIT-Design Review and prepare all HVAC required calculations (External static, pump, hydraulic calculations, HAP,....etc)

9.    Design review and prepare all F.F. & Plumbing required calculations.

1.    Soft wears Skills:

·         Revit is a must

·         CAD 2D

·         Microsoft Office Package

·         Navisworks manage Responsibilities

·         Creating BIM standard

·         Creating BIM workflow

·         Providing BIM software training (Revit, Navisworks...)

·         Providing BIM support

·         Create BIM templates

·         Providing Project services (Modeling , Families , Sheet creation)

·         Reviewing and auditing the models against BIM standards

·         BIM coordination

2.    Duties:

·         Responsible for providing modeling efforts for project and delivery standards, according to Project Scope.

·         Setup of Revit views for use by the REI Project team including electronic document filing and all other facets of the electronic drawings and/or model.

·         Input of marked ‐ up drawings into Revit.

·         Prepare copies and help make sets of documents for transmittal to other parties. 4. Download drawings and information from the Web, SharePoint or project websites (FTP, etc.).

·         Back‐check own work for accuracy before passing on to others.

·         Experience Broad system knowledge using complex power models, working extensively with Excel and other power modeling tools. Bachelor degree in electrical engineering, 3-5 years’ experience in the electrical construction- industry, with knowledge of electrical shop drawings and electrical symbols and electrical drafting conventions and standards
