:Job Description
  • To lead and actively participate in the execution of electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks within the factory. The role includes supervising electrical and mechanical engineers and technicians, while also performing hands-on maintenance work.
  • The objective is to minimize downtime, ensure smooth shift coordination, and improve the reliability and efficiency of equipment and production operations.

:Job Requirements
  • .Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
  • Strong ability to lead teams while actively participating in technical tasks.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in maintenance software and industrial automation tools (e.g., PLC, HMI, SCADA).
