We are Hiring!
In order of our Expansion, Al-Alama for contracting and Supplies is currently hiring a Mechanical Technical Office and Tendering Engineer
 
Main Duties:
 
1- Study Tender Documents received from Clients.
 
2- Prepare inquiries for clients.
 
3- Getting offers from suppliers.
 
4- Prepare Cost analysis sheet for proposed project.
 
5- Prepare Technical and financial offers.
 
6- Prepare PO's for in hand projects.
 
Required Skills:
 
1- Microsoft office programs skill is a must.
 
2- AUTO CAD professional user is a must.
 
3- Revit is a plus.
 
4- Familiar with Primavera or Microsoft project is a plus.
 
5- Familiar with Calculations required for HVAC, Firefighting and Plumbing works.
 
5- Great Communication skills is a must.
 
6- Giza Residential specially (Mohandseen, October and Zayed).
