تفاصيل الوظيفة

Architectural Design & Development: Lead the design process, from conceptual sketches to detailed construction drawings, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality control.
Team Leadership & Coordination: Mentor junior architects and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to integrate design solutions effectively.
Client Engagement: Communicate with clients to understand their vision, provide design solutions, and present project proposals.
Technical Expertise: Utilize advanced software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) for 3D modeling, BIM coordination, and technical documentation.
Sustainability & Compliance: Ensure designs align with environmental sustainability standards and local building codes.
Construction Oversight: Work closely with site teams to address design-related construction challenges and approve material selections.
