تفاصيل الوظيفة

Job Main Responsibility:
 
- To Observe Production process for REMET and Prime product storage from DCS Panel.
- To prepare Chemicals (potassium dichromate, Mixed acid, Indicator, Stannous Chloride, Mercuric Chloride) for Chemical analysis.
- To Operate Total Iron and Metallic iron tests, Calculate Total Gangue.
- To make standardization for chemical perpetrated. 
- To run X-ray and oil break dawn voltage tests.
- To ensure procedure carried out by subordinates correctly.
- To prepare quality reports for quality section head and manager and production department.
- To calibrate lab. Equipment according to schedule.
- To apply monthly equipment maintenance.
- To train subordinates at interval times and for new testing techniques. 
- To trouble-shoot Lab. Problems at shifts. 
- To obey all the company rules and policies.
-To safely maximize production at all times.
-To operate in safe manner with regard to his own safety and the safety of other employees.
-To wear the required safety equipment at all times.
 
Education: Faculty of Science or Engineering.
 
Experience: (0- 2) years’ experience.
