:What you’ll be doing
  • Represent Hoffen and become the single point of contact with the customers
  • Conduct F2F meetings with customers
  • Provide technical consultation for the customers
  • Manage Customer relation
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects_
  • Interact with the customer for product offering, brand awareness on time to time basis by meetings
  • and call
  • Prepare sales meeting report
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer support
  • and marketing, to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to clients
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective customer support, promptly responding
  • to sales inquiries, and addressing any issues that may arise
  • Prepare administrative documentation for tenders, formulate proposals, and present them to clients in
  • a professional and persuasive manner
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Coordinating sales effort with team members and other departments

:Qualifications
  • .Bachelor's degree in engineering, applied arts, fine arts,or related field
  • Experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read room plans and measuring dimensions
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel
  • Good at prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
