تفاصيل الوظيفة

- Location: Heliopolis – Cairo

:Role Description

  • The Project Sales Engineer will be responsible for sales activities, including identifying and pursuing new project sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
  • The role will also involve providing excellent customer service and sales management.
:Main tasks
1- Develop an annual sales plan, provide suggestions, and manage the work.
2- Responsible for making sales forecasts and comparing them to actual sales.
3- Responsible for reducing customer acquisition costs.
4- Responsible for setting rules for the sales team to achieve the company’s goal.
5- Responsible for the functional structure of the sales department and providing suggestions
6- Responsible for achieving annual targets for himself and the rest of the team, monthly and annually
7- Follow up on customers’ collections and payment at agreed upon times
8- Qualifying and training new and current salesmen, supervising them, motivating them, and evaluating their performance.

:Job Requirements
• male only.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Production Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• 5 to 7 years experience in the field of building materials sales (pip drainage systems).
• Very Good in English language and Microsoft office.
•Experience in sewage systems
• Near residency is preferable
• Ability to use CRM & SAP programs
• Driving license is a must
