Overview:

As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will be a crucial member of our sales team, responsible for providing supervision expertise and support throughout the sales process. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, propose solutions, and demonstrate the value of our products or services. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth by effectively communicating the technical capabilities and benefits of our offerings to prospective clients.

 

Responsibilities:

 

·        Solution Development: Collaborate with the sales team to design customized solutions that address customer challenges and align with their business goals.

·        Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to show case the features, functionality, and benefits of our offerings, effectively communicating their value proposition.

·        Proof of Concept (PoC): Lead the development and implementation of proof of concept projects to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions.

·        Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support to customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth implementation and integration process.

·        Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, fostering trust and credibility.

·        Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies, and share insights with the sales team to inform strategic decision-making.

·        Sales Enablement: Develop sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, and product documentation, to support the sales process and enhance customer understanding.

·        Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance their technical knowledge and selling skills, ensuring alignment with product capabilities and market needs.

·        Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales metrics, such as conversion rates and customer satisfaction scores, to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales effectiveness.

Requirements:

 

·        Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

·        Proven experience in sales or pre-sales engineering, with a record of accomplishment of success in driving revenue growth.

·        Strong technical background, with expertise in relevant technologies and solutions.

·        Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

·        Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.

·        Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to address customer challenges.

·        Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.

·        Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events (travel requirements may vary).

·        English level B2 Minimum is a must.
