Overview:

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing and support to the sales team and customers. Your primary goal will be to understand customers' technical requirements, propose suitable solutions, and effectively communicate the value of our products or services. You will work closely with both internal teams and external clients to ensure successful sales outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·        Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of the company's products or services, including their technical specifications, capabilities, and applications.

·        Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements, challenges, and objectives. Provide tailored solutions and product demonstrations as needed.

·        Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and tactics for approaching potential clients. Assist in creating sales presentations, proposals, and technical documentation.

·        Product Knowledge Transfer: Conduct training sessions for sales representatives and customers to enhance their understanding of our products or services.

·        Technical Support: Provide post-sales technical support to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring satisfaction with the product or service.

·        Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market demands to identify opportunities for product improvement or new product development.

·        Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to foster long-term business partnerships.

·        Travel: Willingness to travel to customer sites, industry events, and conferences as required.

 

Requirements:

·        Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field. A technical background is essential.

·        Proven experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably in the [industry/sector].

·        Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

·        Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.

·        Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and creatively.

·        Results-oriented with a record of accomplishment of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

·        Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

·        Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and market trends.

·        English level B2
