تفاصيل الوظيفة

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for home appliances.
Handle warranty claims, repairs, and spare parts management efficiently.

Coordinate with service centers, technicians, and customers to resolve issues.

Conduct product training for service teams and dealers.

Maintain service records and generate reports on after-sales performance.

Assist in improving after-sales processes and customer service strategies.

Utilize Odoo ERP (if experienced) for service management, inventory tracking, and documentation.

Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in Electronics/electrical engineering.
Strong technical knowledge of home appliance systems and repairs.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Customer-focused with the ability to handle complaints professionally.

Odoo ERP knowledge is a plus.

Willingness to travel for service calls if require
