تفاصيل الوظيفة

• Pre-engineering meetings with engineering team and mechanical engineering.
• Prepare and update project time schedules with managers and clients.
• Researching and understanding updated technologies related to automation filed.
• Cost estimating for Electrical Projects related to Conveyors System, End of Line Mechanical Mechanisms and small Standalone Machines.
• Planning BOM’s and purchase orders.
• Create electrical and pneumatic drawings by AutoCAD and E plan P8
• Following up technicians in panel building phase.
• Developing functional design specifications for PLC, HMI/SCADA systems.
• Programming and troubleshooting variable frequency drives.
• Lead Start-up and Commissioning of large projects.
• Inspect electrical equipment and systems to ensure that they meet Health and Safety standards and applicable regulations.
• On site Supervision a team of electricians in project installation phase (cable tries, terminal boxes, wires, cables, sensors and pneumatic components).
• Troubleshooting electrical problems and find proper solutions.
• Write manual documentation to include Sequence of Operation and Troubleshooting sections.


Skills:

• Knowledge of industrial networking (ASI , I/O Link , CANopen , Modbus , Profibus , Profinet, Ethernet ,).
• Knowledge of PLC Languages ( LAD , FB, , SCL , STL …..).
• Communication skills.
• Good English Command skills (Read, Write, Speak ).
• Ability to work under pressure
