تفاصيل الوظيفة

:Job Description

  • Leading a group of Technicians (Electrical and Mechanical ) in the plant preserving scheduled preventive maintenance intervals and repairing damages and malfunctions.
  • Ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety/security systems.
  • Develops engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect plant operations.
  • Increase overall equipment efficiency.
  • Provides technical support to production and technical personnel and training them.
  • Follows up on day-to-day operations at the operations and distributing work to maintenance technicians.
  • Make and Implement the maintenance Plans and monitor their achievement ensuring that preventive and predictive maintenance best practices are applied.
  • Monitor the use of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiate reordering when necessary so that these are available when required.
  • Review, approve and submit reports, analyze data, and make recommendations for improving the operations and solving maintenance related problems.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and food safety standards

 

:Job Requirements

  • Have a B.sc. in Electrical Engineering Mechatronics is Preferable.
  • Experience at least 3 Years (Preferred in Plastic industry)
  • Experience on working on Extrusion blow Molding, Injection Molding and PET Machines.
  • Preferred to be from 6 October City or around.
