تفاصيل الوظيفة

responsibilities
Control the final and in process Quality stages
Apply statistical tools for analyzing the inspection data collected by quality inspectors
 Define with plant team the root cause, corrective actions for the repeated and critical defects
 Share with plant team in the Quality improvements projects
 Lead the technicians & the group leader during the processes and final product
 Lead the analysis of customer Complains related to the plant including follow up the Containment actions to make sure it is applied effectively during the defined standard lead time and defining root cause and corrective actions
 Lead the pre delivery inspection
Ensure that Packaging and dispatch processes fulfilling customer requirement as well as product quality
 Support in implementing the quality management system inside the plant
Control and report defined Key performance indicators about the product Quality inside the plant
 Develop and evaluate the quality technicians job requirements
Auditing systems based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements
Determining quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures
Monitoring the entire production cycle and reporting on malfunctions
Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
 Attention to detail
Qualifications
Associate's degree; bachelor's Quality, mechanical, or industrial engineering
