Technical Support Engineer is required at Kanawat for Trading and Distribution (Samsung & Nokia Distributor – Kanawat Stores – Home Appliances) Mokattam 
                                                                                                                                         
Responsibilities*
               
To provide a professional first technical point of contact for the customer
·         Manage all repair Process with Technician
·         Manage Receiving the faulty devices from customer service and check the documents and decide the needed action (repair, reject, DAP)
·         Provide updates as needed to the customer in order to meet performance objectives
·         Contact with Suppliers to solve any technical issue & claims
·         Mange Spare parts requests from warehouse
·         Document all troubleshooting and a case management actions
·         Job Specifications:
 
·         Education:  Bachelor’s degree : Electronics and telecommunications Engineering
·         Experience: 0:2 Years’ Experience
V.Good  English, Oral / written Abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
