· To provide effectiveness within all Mechanical activities on the Egyptian market of conveyor systems. This includes the handling of existing Mechanical activities and the development of new potential contracts.
· Responsibilities include providing daily coordination of all aspects of design and installation with consultants and internal clients; minimizing disruption to site activities; performing inspections on site; and attending meetings and preparing progress reports.
· Co-ordination of orders with different departments.
· Correspondence with either customers or suppliers (written and verbal)
· Knowledge of the company and its products – thorough knowledge of all products and required data and details; continuously read up on new data to enable proper presentation at the market.
· Report back to Project Manager the status of follow ups.
· Coordinate with the Project Manager of projected schedule and the future scheduling for prospective customers.
· Satisfying prospective customers needs with the right suitable products in coordination with the technical support team.
· Generate new quotations and/or proposals as requested regarding Mechanical and Technical components.
· Coordinate with Technical, Admin, and Project Managers.
· Candidate must be proficient in preparation of mechanical and electrical information and concept sketches with cost estimates and time line schedules.
· This position requires availability during nights or weekends, as required per work plan, and must be able to evaluate all conditions and work under pressure in case of emergencies.
· Providing effectiveness within all technical and mechanical activities related to manufacturing conveyor systems and engineering solutions.
· Handling relevant proposals and drawings for the mechanical conveyor system.
· At a later stage, handle Mechanical activities on defined export markets in the Middle East.
· Planning of customer meetings regarding Mechanical activities.
· Present the company and related products within the existing related sector customer database and new accounts.
· Report back to Project Manager the status of follow ups.
· Coordinate with the Project Manager of projected schedule and the future scheduling for prospective customers
Auto Cad D & Solide Works experience is a must.
