مهندس جودة وتحسين مستمر - Quality and Continuous Improvement Engineer
شركة إنترتريد، مصنع مصري رائد في تصنيع جوانات PVC، أشرطة مغناطيسية، ومواد مركبة من PVC، بتدور على مهندس جودة وتحسين مستمر مجتهد ومتحمس ينضم لفريقنا الديناميكي في مصنعنا الموجود في مدينة العاشر من رمضان، الشرقية، مصر.

 المسؤوليات:

  • تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التحسين المستمر لتحسين الكفاءة والجودة في عمليات الإنتاج.
  • تحليل عمليات الإنتاج وتحديد فرص التحسين وتقليل الهدر.
  • تطبيق أدوات وتقنيات التصنيع الرشيق (Lean Manufacturing) مثل 5S، كايزن، و TPM لتحسين العمليات.
  • تدريب فرق العمل على ممارسات التحسين المستمر وأدوات الجودة وعمل SOPs.
  • مراقبة وتحليل مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) وتقديم تقارير دورية عن الأداء والتحسينات.
  • التعاون مع فرق الإنتاج والجودة لتحديد وحل مشاكل العمليات.
  • المشاركة في مشاريع تحسين العمليات والتأكد من تنفيذ الحلول الفعالة.
  • تطوير وصيانة إجراءات ومعايير الجودة لضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات الصناعية.
المتطلبات:
  • درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى في الهندسة الصناعية، علوم الكيمياء، أو مجال ذو صلة.
  • من 3 إلى 5 سنوات خبرة في دور مماثل في بيئة تصنيع.
  • معرفة قوية بأدوات وتقنيات التصنيع الرشيق (Lean Manufacturing)، 5S، ISO.
  • مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات.
  • مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة، مع القدرة على العمل بفعالية مع فرق متعددة الوظائف.
  • مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة الوقت قوية.
  • معرفة باللوائح والمعايير الصناعية.
  • يفضل أن يكون من سكان مدينة العاشر من رمضان، الشرقية.
  • يتقن مهارات مثالية في Excel و Microsoft
  • يمكنه التواصل والكتابة باللغة الإنجليزية بشكل احترافي
  • يمكن حل المشكلات مع العملاء

لمؤهلات المفضلة:
  • خبرة سابقة في دور مشابه في صناعة تصنيع PVC أو البلاستيك.
  • معرفة بمعايير ISO ومبادئ التصنيع الرشيق (Lean Manufacturing).
  • خبرة في تحسين العمليات ومراقبة الجودة في بيئة التصنيع.
Company Overview:
Intertrade Co., a leading Egyptian manufacturer of PVC gaskets, magnetic strips, and PVC compound materials, is seeking a diligent and motivated Quality Assurance Engineer with a strong background in chemistry to join our dynamic team in our factory located in the 10th of Ramadan City, Sharqia, Egypt.

Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our manufacturing processes and products. This role involves monitoring production processes, conducting material tests, developing quality procedures, and collaborating with various teams to maintain and improve product quality. The ideal candidate will have a chemistry background, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Quality Monitoring and Control:Oversee and analyze production processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
Conduct tests and analyses on raw materials and finished products to verify their adherence to quality and safety standards.
Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and standards to enhance production processes and product quality.
Problem Solving and Improvement:Identify and troubleshoot quality issues, implementing corrective actions promptly.
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve manufacturing processes.
Lead and participate in root cause analysis for quality defects and implement effective solutions.
Reporting and Documentation:Prepare and present detailed reports on quality performance, test results, and improvement initiatives.
Maintain and regularly update Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), quality records, and other relevant documents.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards.
Training and Development:Develop and deliver training programs for production staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness among all employees.
Internal Audits:Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems and standards.
Participate in external audits and assist in implementing audit recommendations.
Collaboration:Work closely with R&D, production, and procurement teams to ensure materials and products meet quality requirements.
Support new product development and introduction by providing quality assurance expertise.

Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Experience:2-5 years of experience in a quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the plastics or PVC industry.
Skills:Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment, particularly for testing plastic materials.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and report generation.
Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in a similar role within the PVC or plastics manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of ISO standards and Lean Manufacturing principles.
Experience in quality control and assurance in a manufacturing setting.

Working Conditions:
Location: Based at our manufacturing facility in the 10th of Ramadan City, Sharqia, Egypt.
Hours: Full-time position, with working hours as per company policy.
Travel: Minimal travel required, primarily for audits and external training as necessary.
