1.      Participation in the implementation of internal and external audits, which include the following:

 

a.    Review of the quality systems implemented on the farm and station.

b.    Review of farms (date purchases - vegetables)

c.    Review of product suppliers (outsourced manufacturing)

d.    Review of raw material suppliers (packaging - .......... etc.)

2.      Implementation of mock tracking and recall.

3.      Follow up on customer complaints, analyze the complaint, and identify the root cause.

4.      Preparation for external inspections of quality specifications and food safety authority inspections.

5.      Participation in the HACCP team meeting

6.      Review and collect farm and station documents according to the document and record control system.

7.      Preparation and preparation to meet the legal requirements related to food safety and quality.

8.      Collection of non-conformity cases for analysis, review, and determination of corrective actions.

9.      Participation in the formulation of quality and food safety objectives.

10.   Implementation of external analysis plans.

11.   Implementation of the HACCP program verification plan.
