A.     General Tasks:

1.      Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy under the supervision of top management.

2.      Manage all SC activities within the company.

3.      Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors, distributors and fulfill company’s requirements.

4.      Prepare periodic reports for company’s top management to present supply chain current status and new suggestions.

5.      Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner.

6.      Planning:

                                                              i.      Create and update the overall company’s budget according to new SOs.

                                                             ii.      Material Requirement Planning.

                                                           iii.      Master Production Scheduling, Report production schedule deviations to update the scheduled plan.

                                                           iv.      Follow-up production progress and plan realization.

                                                             v.      Update the required data for follow-up on the system.

                                                           vi.      Compiling status and performance reports.

                                                         vii.      Monitoring inventory levels of production material and consumables to prevent stoppages.

7.      Purchasing:

                                                              i.      Plan material purchasing based on MRP feedback.

                                                             ii.      Choosing suppliers, evaluating new and existing suppliers and negotiating agreements with them.

                                                           iii.      Follow-up purchase requests and ensuring delivery of required items on time.

                                                           iv.      Overall purchasing cost reduction.

                                                             v.      Keeping good relations with vendors.

                                                           vi.      Compiling status and performance reports.

 

 

 

8.      Logistics:

                                                              i.      Supervise logistical activities including material arrivals and finished products delivery to customers.

                                                             ii.      Monitoring and creating agreements with transportation vendors.

                                                           iii.      Ensure cost effective logistical operations.

9.      Warehouse:

                                                              i.      Supervise warehouse activities.

                                                             ii.      Keeping records of material stocks.

                                                           iii.      Completing WH required data on ERP system.

10.  Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process

improvement activities.
