تفاصيل الوظيفة

Job Description:
- Conceptualizing and developing design proposals for new construction projects, as well as renovations and additions to existing structures.
- Collaborating with other architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure that designs are feasible, safe, and meet all necessary codes and regulations.
- Creating detailed plans and specifications, including drawings, schematics, and blueprints, that outline the design and construction process.
- Follow up the construction process to ensure that the design is being executed correctly and that the project is staying on track in terms of time and budget.
- Communicating with Landlords, Malls , and other stakeholders to keep them informed about the project's progress and to address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Responsible for managing a team of drafters, reviewing and approving designs submitted by other team members
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the field of architecture.
