تفاصيل الوظيفة

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales representatives to identify customer requirements and provide technical expertise throughout the sales process.
Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and proof of concepts to potential clients.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, solutions, and industry trends.
Assist in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and other customer inquiries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Lead technical discussions and support contract negotiations.
Provide feedback to the product and engineering teams based on customer insights.
Mentor and guide junior sales engineers and support team training initiatives.
