تفاصيل الوظيفة

• Evaluates daily production reports regarding man-hours, machine hours, output, quality and material usage as compared to standards, and reviews non-compliance areas with employees to determine causes of variances from standard.
• Accumulates technical data and other background information, to determine equipment performance specifications and establish baselines
• Coordination of production schedule.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Prepare and coordinate operational information and data for plant management.
• Interpret and extrapolate accumulated data to prepare diagrams and flow charts for the efficient operation of the equipment.
• Responsible for ensuring completed projects are in compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards and regulations.
• Coordinate Line Activity with peripheral services ( maintenance , mould shop etc).
• Prioritizes, coordinates, and allocates work assignments to staff, and resolves day-to-day staffing problems and issues.
• Improvement of production processing, quality and efficiency
