تفاصيل الوظيفة

1.      Achieve goals within budget.

2.      Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process

improvement activities.

3.      Report Production progress to management and upload daily data to follow-up system.

4.      Create the daily machinery production plan based on projects delivery plan.

5.      Allocate manpower on plant functions.

6.      Report production schedule deviations to update the scheduled plan.

7.      Monitoring inventory levels of production material and consumables to prevent stoppages.

8.      Design fixtures and tooling for assembly tasks.

9.      Generating production documentation such as assembly instructions.

10.  Reduce variability in manufacturing by providing standard work methods

and work instructions.

11.  Implementing Quality control requirements for products and processes.

12.  Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow,

space requirements and equipment layout.

13.  Remove waste from the processes.

14.  Organize plant start-up and shut-down schedules to ensure minimum loss

of production time.

15.  Plan and organize maintenance.

16.  Report down time and possible trends.

17.  investigate production and process issues providing technical support and training.

18.  Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
