Production Engineer
(Only Zagazig residents can be applied for this job)
Travel 50 % of the Time
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure that all products are produced on time and are of good quality
Handle all production issues that might disrupt the production process
Study the production plan and prepare requirements related to it
Apply and follow up the production plan to achieve maximum productivity
Implement plans and actions to achieve quality targets
Handle production line stoppage and follow up on any complications that might arise and take the adequate actions in order to prevent any stoppage
Recommend and solve any accidental or frequent production problems or any bottleneck
Ensure that the manufacturing process operates as smoothly as possible
Ensure that the production is cost effective
Monitor the production processes and adjust the schedules as needed
Fulfill any additional tasks as per job need
Skills
Job Skills and Abilities
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Experience in reading technical drawings
Ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of manufacturing concepts
Ability to grasp modern technology quickly
Ability to prioritize multiple projects
Enthusiastic, cooperative, and positive behavior
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in operations, procedures and qualifications
Computer literate – MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Qualifications
BSC in Production/Industrial Engineering or any other relevant major
 (0-2) years of experience with technical background
