تفاصيل الوظيفة

• Preparing sub-plans and executive programs for production to achieve the company's main objectives.
• Implementing approved quality plans for production.
• Preparing monthly and weekly operating and loading plans for production departments and following up on their implementation with the Production Manager.
• Periodically monitoring production capacity and sending it to the Production Manager.
• Working towards the company's objectives to achieve the required production capacity.
• Responsible for managing and supervising all production elements in the factory.
• Submitting a weekly report to the Production Manager detailing what has been accomplished and what has been postponed, along with the reasons.
• Submitting a monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual report to the Director to follow up on the production process.
• Performing preventive maintenance work.
• Designing molds for the company's products.
• Nesting panels according to operating procedures.
• Training personnel working in the production departments on their work and transferring their expertise to them.
• Developing a training plan for production workers in cooperation with the Human Resources Department to prepare a second line of technical personnel.
• Assisting the Director in planning and implementing factory work shifts.
• Production drawings and installation methods.
• All of the above must be done in accordance with the official procedures approved by the Planning Department.
