Roles and Responsibilities:

1-     Review client documents to identify the client needs and define the required scope of work.

2-     Coordinate between the consultancy and proposals departments with regards to consultancy projects bid preparation.

3-     Regularly monitor different tendering channels for bid opportunities.

4-     Assist in collection and analysis of information necessary for proposals to be deemed responsive.

5-     Assist in preparing technical and financial proposals for clients according to Request for Proposal (RfP) documents.

6-     Work with the consultancy department to prepare and collect all necessary documents, including but not limited to references, CVs, pricing information and technical descriptions, and align these documents to proposal guidelines.

7-     Coordinate between the Consultancy and Proposal Departments to develop and use tools, templates and work processes that result in streamlined and efficient proposal development framework.

8-     Work as a team member in the Consultancy Department to undertake whatever is necessary to complete high-quality projects.

9-     Handle technical queries/information requests from other departments.

10-  Build and maintain good relations with clients to be able to seek work opportunities.

11-  Review contract documents to identify rights and obligations.

12-  Attend pre- and post-award meetings with clients and/or partners.

13-  Follow up and report on bid requirements and submission status and deadlines.

 

Qualifications

1-      B.Sc. degree in Engineering.

2-      Minimum 4 years of experience working on proposals, business development or consultancy projects.

3-      Strong written and verbal communication skills.

4-      Good command of written and spoken English.

5-      Knowledge and proven experience in control of documents.

6-      Advanced reporting and technical writing skills.

7-      Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
