Job Description
Lead key projects with R&D to support business goals.
Develop research programs incorporating current developments to improve existing products and study the potential of new products.
collaborate with a team of engineers and technicians to improve existing products and create new solutions.
This role involves hands-on work and requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Research, design, and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes, and equipment.
Understand customer expectations on to-be manufactured products.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer
experience from 6:9 years
Auto cad 2D user and Solid word
Analytical Skills and Research Abilities
Experience in Research and Development (R&D)
Knowledge of product testing and evaluation
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Experience in product development is a plus
