Required for a reputable contracting company based on KSA for its branch in Alexandria which specialized in landscape the below positions:

* Senior Estimator & Quantity survey with minimum 7 years of experience who has a strong leadership personality, ability to distribute tasks and revisions, coordination between other disciplines and has a good experience in BIM Revit and navisworks ( Revit is must). Preferred to have experience in landscape and gulf projects. He should be familiar with international codes & has a background of contracting tasks (pricing, tender proposals, RFI, value engineering, variation orders,…). Civil 3D experience is preferred. Autocad, Revit and office are must.

* Junior Estimator & Quantity survey with minimum 3 years of experience who has a good experience in BIM Revit and navisworks ( Revit is must). Preferred to have experience in landscape and gulf projects. Preferred to have a background of contracting tasks (pricing, tender proposals, RFI, value engineering, variation orders,…). Autocad, Revit and office are must.


* Senior Contracts Engineer with minimum 7 years of experience. Should be fluent in English. He should manage and study all contracts conditions, prepare summary reports, track projects progress & risks, administrate variation orders, submit claims, Make necessary amendments, and monitoring sub-contracts.
