تفاصيل الوظيفة

Revising Shop drawings to calculate Materials (Concrete, Block works, All Finishing Items).
•Forecasting the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
•Preparing tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
•Preparing subcontractors and client invoices.
•Tracking Wastage in site materials.
• Procuring the services of contractors and subcontractors who work on the construction of the project.
•Liaising with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers
•Measuring and valuing the work done on site.
