• Familiar with the review of engineering Shop Drawings
• The ability to compare technical and financial offers and Make technical and financial analysis
• The ability to differentiate between construction companies, which achieves the quality and the right price for the customer
• Selection and approval of the best materials to work with
• Auditing and checking the contractors works on site and the ability to receive them well
• Review the contractors' Invoices
• The ability to monitor and supervise more than one project with the same quality and focus required
• Enjoying a high degree of accuracy and getting things done according to the schedule and without errors
• The ability to organize and accomplish assigned work tasks on time
• Supervising the implementation of projects according to the approved technical specifications
• The ability to coordinate between the work team regarding project visits and actions
• The ability to submit required reports with quality, regularity and information sharing
