تفاصيل الوظيفة

:Main Job Duties
.Handling of customer accounts and following through all inquiries till resolved-
.Follow up with supply team to secure timely order fulfillment-
.Provide accurate, valid information to customers’ inquiries using the right methods/tools -
.Coordination with forwarders and preparation to execute shipments from worldwide shipping platformt-
.Invoicing and preparing of all export documentation-
.Electronic submitter and collection of certificates from chamber of commerce-
.Occasional direct submitter of original export documents to bank-
.Attend international fairs to promote products and establish relations with of shore importers-
.Achieve business objectives and sales targets through prospecting for current clients’ development-
.Other duties as assigned-
:Requirements
. Near living is preferred; El Nozha- Gesr El suez- Cairo-
.Fluent in English-
.Experience in Export and supply chain-
