Preparing the required documents for export processing (Perform invoice, final invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, draft for payment term, shipping declaration
Facilitate the shipping of products from the plant to Customers
Provide support to the Export department with information and documentation regarding the products being handled
Coordinate with the production, logistics & financial departments the cycle of business
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Makes sure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels
Working Conditions:
• Working Hours: 8 am – 05:30 pm.
• Days Off: Friday & Saturday
