تفاصيل الوظيفة

:Role Responsibilities
  •  Process requisitions and purchase orders for local supplies and spare parts.
  •  Negotiate for the best business terms and conditions to ensure that the company is buying at the best total acquisitions cost (price, quality & delivery).
  •  Maintain records and reports for requisitions and purchase orders under his responsibility.
  • §  Assure that purchase orders are properly settled with delivery on time and follow up with finance until supplier payment settlement.
  •   Set local supplier database with continuous update as per latest market trends.   
Background, Experience, Qualifications
·         BA Degree in Business Administration / accounting
·         Min 3 years of hands-on experience in local purchasing.
·         Strong Negotiation and Communication skills.
·         Experience with local sourcing.
·         Fair English skills
·         The ability to use MS office
