Junior Full Stack Developer

 

We are a growing digital marketing agency seeking a proactive Junior Full Stack Developer to help build, optimize, and maintain high-performing, user-friendly websites and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Maintain Web Applications: Create and manage both front-end and back-end components of web applications.
Build Custom CMS Solutions: Develop custom themes, templates, and extensions for CMS platforms.
Write Clean, Scalable Code: Ensure that code is efficient, maintainable, and performs well across front-end and back-end.
Debug and Troubleshoot: Identify and resolve website issues to ensure smooth functionality and performance.
Optimize for Speed and SEO: Ensure websites are optimized for performance, responsiveness, and SEO compatibility.
API Integration: Assist with integrating RESTful APIs and third-party tools to enhance website functionality.
Manage Projects Independently: Coordinate project timelines and maintain documentation to ensure project success.
Conduct Testing and QA: Ensure quality and consistency across websites through rigorous testing and quality assurance.
Required Skills:

Front-End Skills:
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular).
Awareness of performance optimization and web accessibility best practices.
 

Back-End Skills:
Proficiency in at least one back-end language (e.g., PHP, Node.js, Python, Ruby).
Experience with back-end frameworks (e.g., Express, Django, Ruby on Rails).
Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
Exposure to RESTful APIs, and possibly GraphQL.
Basic knowledge of user authentication and security best practices.
Version Control: Experience with Git version control systems.
Self-Motivated and Problem-Solving: Ability to work independently and solve complex technical challenges.
Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Joomla) and their architecture.
E-commerce Integration: Familiarity with platforms like WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento.
Cloud Knowledge: Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Performance Optimization: Skills in caching, content delivery networks (CDNs), and web performance tools.
