تفاصيل الوظيفة

Interior Design Job Description:
Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project and interpret it into rough plans.
Undertake design project from concept to completion
Consider how the space will be used and how people will move through the space.
Conceptualize & Sketch preliminary design plans, including architectural, electromechanical, and all required layouts. Produce “sample” and “mood products”
Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.
Prepare final plans, utilizing computer software applications.
Create a timeline for the interior design project.
Create a BoQ & BoM based on the design.
 Ability to perform budgetary prices for the entire project.
Review the materials before issuing the PO.
Kickoff meeting with the client on site to verify the unit layout/dimensions.
Double check on site survey made by a specialist surveyor.
Work closely with the site engineer to verify implementing the design as is.
Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors.
Visit after the project to ensure that the client is satisfied.
Job Requirements:
Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions with minimum 5 years in the field.
Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs.
Excellent portfolio of previous works
Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
Communication and presentation skills
Hardworker and can handle under work pressure.
Project management skills
BS degree in Interior Design or similar
