:Role Purpose       
1. Budgeting and Forecasting
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
• Develop financial models to support strategic planning .
• Partner with department leaders to align forecasts with business goals.

2. Financial Analysis
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Support key decision-making through scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis.

3. Reporting
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for senior management, board meetings, and external stakeholders.
• Enhance and streamline reporting processes, including dashboards and KPIs.
• Present financial results and analysis to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

:Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and tools like Excel; experience with ERP systems SAP and BI tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).

:Preferred Skills
• Experience in [industry ,manufacturing].
• Knowledge of automation tools or financial transformation initiatives.
