تفاصيل الوظيفة

·         Warehouse organization.
·         Integrity of physical product (stock counts).
·         Accuracy and integrity of inventory documentation.
·         Shipping/receiving functions.
·         Pricing accuracy and updates.
·         Preparing daily sales and retail orders.
·         Recording merchandising transfers and new products on system.
·         Follow up on stores transfers.
·         Control receipt of the stock.
·         Record the assigned transaction and or review recorded transactions inbound and outbound in the inventory records/system and maintain perfect documentation files.
·         Control operational tasks in terms of warehouse transactions; image, tidiness, safety and security and cooperate with other departments.
·         Control packing operations and ensure achieving packing plan.
·         Monitor and manage the warehouse storage area to ensure better utilization of space.
·         Review and/or engages in performing physical cycle count and report the result.
·         Review and/or engages in stores’ physical count
·         Handling and updating weekly shipments/orders report.
·         Work closely with Merchandiser on delivery schedules and stock levels.
·        Update inventory list and keep accurate.
