Job Responsibilities
Supervise a team of employees and ensure they complete their tasks efficiently and effectively-
Train and mentor new employees-
Resolve employee issues and address complaints-
Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback-
Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations-
Complete other administrative tasks as needed-
Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in a related field
 years 3 of supervisory experience-
Strong leadership and communication skills-
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities-
Excellent organizational skills-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team-
Knowledge of Arabic and English a plus-
