تفاصيل الوظيفة

Job Purpose
Utilizes chemistry lab skills to test and monitor all manufacturing operations ensuring that experiments are completed through sampling and analysis by establishing Standard Operating Practices (SOP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) as well as any applicable regulations or industry standards
.Description of principle accountabilities/Activities
 Supervises the day-to-day operations of Laboratories to ensure that work processes are implemented as
designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures
§ Carries out laboratory analysis effectively and accurately as per applied methods, completing all assigned analysis on time and to plan to ensure compliance to safety, quality and environmental policies, procedures and practices as required by business unit
§ Perform planned sampling, analyses and information collection for raw material, process, utilities and finished product using available laboratory equipment and instrumentation and updates the Sr. supervisor of variation from specification or normal operational parameters which might affect technical performance and quality to ensure compliance to specification
Logs analysis and other relevant data on the laboratory’s data system, accurately and on-time, and carries out non-routine analysis as requested by QC Sr,supervisor in order to control operation
 Verifies of laboratory equipment to ensure the accuracy of lab generated results
 Prepare all needed chemicals to be sure that all required chemicals are available for the analysis
 Ensure that all laboratory equipment is calibrated and maintained
Ensure that Calibration  and verification records are completed and maintained to ensure the accuracy of lab generated results
 Control the lab stock of chemicals, glassware and other consumables and monitor its expiry date to comply with GLP
