تفاصيل الوظيفة

:Job Description
  • Responsible for the yearly tax inspection.
  • Responsible for the VAT.
  • Revise all journal entries (AP & AR & GL & Taxes) in Odoo
  • Monitor the processing of invoices.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc forecasting reports
  • Verify monthly details of sales distribution, sales history, and returns with the Egyptian tax authority's electronic portal.
  • Generating invoices and account statements.
  • Performing account reconciliations.
  • Reports on the value-added declarations monthly and updates the Egyptian tax authority's electronic portal on the designated legal dates.
  • Creating regular annual tax reports.
  • Assist with the external legal accountant in year closing
  • Reviewing customer accounts and the payment cycle for each customer, and updating the monthly financial position for each customer's indebtedness.
  • Updating the allocations for customer indebtedness monthly report (Potential bad debts & bad debts).
 
:Experience And Knowledge
  • A person with a university degree Accounting or similar
  • Have experience Maximum 10 years Or experience in financial reporting.
  • Very Good command of English and Arabic language is required.
  • As a person, you are analytical, proactive, solution oriented and used to work under time pressure.
  • End-user experience with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) as well as experience of working with ERP and scanning and workflow systems required
