:Introduction
Luminary Co is seeking a highly organized and experienced Assistant Showroom Manager to support our Showroom Manager in day-to-day operations. This role is crucial for ensuring effective communication, coordination between departments, and overall operational efficiency in the showroom

:Key Responsibilities
Manage Communications: Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication between customers, suppliers, and the showroom team
Coordinate Between Departments: Act as a liaison between the Showroom Manager and staff or other company departments to ensure smooth operations
Schedule Meetings and Events: Organize and schedule meetings and events related to the showroom, including preparation and ensuring all necessary resources are available
Manage Files and Records: Maintain organized documents and records for the showroom, updating data related to inventory, sales, and staff
Support Operations: Assist in various operational aspects such as arranging shipments, organizing receipt and distribution, and following up on purchase orders and deliveries
Prepare Reports: Prepare periodic reports on showroom activity and present them to the Showroom Manager, enabling performance tracking and identifying areas for improvement
Basic Technical Support: Handle minor technical issues that may affect daily showroom operations or the use of customer management or sales systems
Assist in Marketing: Support remote marketing efforts by updating the website, managing social media pages, or preparing promotional materials


:Skills Required
Strong Organizational Skills: Excellent abilities to manage various tasks and support the showroom efficiently
Effective Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Technical Tools: Proficiency in using necessary technical tools for remote coordination
Showroom Operations Knowledge: Good understanding of showroom operations
Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently while remaining part of an integrated team
Proficiency in English: Very Good in English, both written and spoken
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft 365
