:Introduction
Luminary Co is seeking a highly organized and experienced Sales Assistant to support our sales team in day-to-day operations. This role is crucial for ensuring effective communication, managing schedules, and maintaining up-to-date customer databases to enhance overall sales efficiency

:Key Responsibilities
Manage Schedules: Organize and manage the daily schedules of the sales team, including scheduling meetings with clients and organizing phone calls
Update Databases: Maintain an updated customer database, including recording contact information, meeting details, and sales status
Prepare Sales Documents: Prepare quotes, contracts, and any other support documents necessary for the sales process
Follow Up with Clients: Conduct follow-ups with clients after meetings or sales to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any inquiries or issues that may arise
Support Marketing Efforts: Assist in implementing marketing strategies and advertising campaigns, including updating online content or managing email marketing campaigns
Analyze Data: Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends, evaluate sales performance, and provide reports to the sales team to assist in decision-making
Coordinate Between Departments: Communicate with other departments such as product or technical support to ensure the necessary information and services are provided to clients
Handle Calls and Inquiries: Answer incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the sales team or relevant department as needed
Prepare Promotional Materials: Assist in preparing and organizing promotional materials needed for trade shows, presentations, and other events

:Skills Required
Strong Organizational Skills: Excellent abilities to manage various tasks and support the sales team efficiently
Effective Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in CRM Software: Proficiency in using various software programs, especially those related to Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently while remaining part of an integrated team
Proficiency in English: Very Good in English, both written and spoken
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft 365
