Job Description

:Introduction

• A highly motivated and dynamic Marketing Associate specializing in sanitary ware products to join our marketing team.
• In this role, you will help develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at promoting our product lines, increasing brand awareness, and driving customer engagement across various digital and traditional platforms.

• Develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns focused on the promotion of sanitary ware products. 
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create targeted marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C audiences. 
• Oversee campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize effectiveness. 

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity within the sanitary ware industry. 
• Use data insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and promotional efforts.

• Collaborate with creative teams to develop content for brochures, product
• catalogs, social media, website, and email marketing campaigns. 
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand image and communicates product
• features, benefits, and value propositions effectively. 

• Manage and grow the brand’s presence on key social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), specifically focusing on promoting sanitary ware products. 
• Utilize SEO, SEM, and digital marketing tools to drive traffic to the website and improve online visibility. 

• Assist in planning and executing product launches, exhibitions, and trade shows. 
• Help coordinate promotional events, ensuring product displays, demonstrations, and communication align with marketing objectives. 

• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and offer solutions from our sanitary ware range. 
• Develop customer loyalty programs and implement strategies to retain existing clients.  

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide marketing materials and assistwith lead generation strategies. 
• Support the sales team with promotional campaigns, providing necessary insights and materials to close deals. 

• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, website traffic, lead generation, and customer engagement.
