:Job Overview

  • A highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO in overseeing multiple companies and managing personal affairs.
  • The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, analytical, and detail-oriented, with strong numerical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-level executive environment.

:Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, including meetings, travel, and personal appointments across multiple businesses.
  • Prepare, analyze, and summarize business reports, financial data, and performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Coordinate and follow up on tasks and communications between the CEO and internal teams or external partners.
  • Organize board meetings, draft minutes, and ensure timely documentation of decisions and action points.
  • Support in handling confidential and personal matters including travel planning, events, and private appointments.
  • Review contracts, business proposals, and assist in high-level project execution.
  • Serve as a liaison for internal and external communication on behalf of the CEO.
  • Manage documentation, filing systems, and task trackers for both business and personal activities.
  • Take ownership of special projects and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

:Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers, data interpretation, and financial reports.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Flexibility in working hours and ability to adapt to shifting priorities and urgent tasks.
