SERIOPLAST 6TH OF OCTOBER - IS CURRENTLY HIRING:
Planning & Warehouse Specialist
The Planning & Warehouse Specialist reports to the Supply Chain Manager. The purpose of this position is to assist the Supply Chain Manager in guaranteeing the efficient inbound and outbound flow of goods, in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Assists in planning and monitoring production, material requirements and consumption, warehouse capacity and stock levels.
Is responsible for the weekly production plan and the daily follow up to its fulfilment.
Prepares and expedites purchase orders and scheduling agreements.
Records inbound good receipts in the ERP System
Organizes transportation of all outbound items (finished goods, raw material, spare parts, regrind, etc.), preparing picking lists, issuing sales orders and delivery notes.
Creates, modifies, and reconciles work orders in the ERP system.
Executing the inventory process assisting the warehouse team in counting raw material, packing material, finished goods and regrind.
Is responsible for the reconciliation of returnable packing materials rotation between plants and clients (pallets, trays, boxes, etc.,)
Is responsible for the import and export process in terms of reviewing documents, follow up with the clearance agents avoiding the obstacles which costs time and money.
Prepares, collects, and organizes waste management documents.
Supports the Supply chain Manager in carrying out tasks.

Technical Skills:
Good knowledge of the Supply Chain Process
Very good knowledge with the import & export processes
Basic applied knowledge of WCM standards
Good applied knowledge of an ERP system (preferably SAP)
Basic knowledge of English

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or in the Supply Chain field or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain in an FMCG company
