تفاصيل الوظيفة

Objective:
Responsible for collecting modern trade sales data and reports to the direct manager, in addition to communicating with customers changes in prices, applying offers and discounts, updating delivery dates of orders, etc.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain an accurate database that contains all of the important information including all terms in the current clients’ contracts.
2. Ensures the accuracy of information and details communicated with both internal departments and external customers.
3. Files, archive, and organize records and paperwork and retrieves it when needed.
4. Collects daily sales information and creates a consolidated report presenting daily sales performance.
5. Analyzes all of clients’ contracts and their terms and conditions and generates reports with all details to direct manager.
6. Ensures accurate and effective communication with clients regarding any changes in prices, promotions, estimated delivery dates, etc.
7. Ensures the completion of contract signature process from start to final signatures.
8. Transfers and redirects all emails coming through the group’s key account email to concerned teams.
9. Ensure price change implementation for clients by keeping a checklist containing the status of changes made for each client.
10. Prepares and ensures signature of group’s official letters regarding SKUs and their prices.
11. Communicates with trade marketing team regarding agreed terms of merchandising in contracts and of damaged gondolas in each site.
Qualifications:
- Experience 1 – 3 years in similar role, FMCGs preferable
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in MS Office, Especially Excel
