Job Summary: 
The Salesman is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. -Prospecting and Lead Generation: 
   - Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
   - Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
   - Utilize various sales techniques to attract new clients.
2. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: 
    - Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
   - Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
   - Address customer questions and concerns effectively.
3. Relationship Management: 
   - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
   - Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
   - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
4.  Sales Targets and Reporting: 
   - Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
   - Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
   - Track and analyze sales performance and market trends.
5. Negotiation and Closing:
   - Negotiate terms and conditions of sales  agreements.
   - Close sales deals and ensure all paperwork is     completed accurately.
   - Follow up on sales leads and ensure timely delivery of products.
6. Collaboration:
   - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
   - Work with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Daily responsibilities:
-Monitoring the general situation in the market, including price changes, buying and selling activity in the market, and competitive prices for companies.
-Effective communication with customers to increase sales volume.
-Marketing our products in a new market in new areas. 
Qualifications:
- Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
-  Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in [iron].
-  Skills
  - Strong comunication and interpersonal skills.
  - Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  - Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Follow up the shipment from the time it leaves the factory until it is delivered to the customer and follow up on the incoming quantities.
-Collecting the amountsof money in case of deferred sale.

- Valid driver’s license (if required for the role).
